Greetings Adventurers,

As we prepare to embark on another thrilling journey at our annual DnD Fest, we want to ensure that our loyal attendees from previous years have the first chance to secure their spot in this year's conclusion of The Chronicles of the Undying saga. This last chapter is “The Raven’s Labyrinth”

The demand for tickets mirrors the excitement of our past events, and we anticipate a swift sell-out, just as in prior years.

  • Early Access for Prior-Year Attendees: Starting March 1st, we are opening ticket purchases exclusively for you, our esteemed previous participants. This priority window extends through March 31st, granting you a full month to secure your place before we open sales to the general public. We value your continued support and dedication to our community, and we wish to honor that by offering you this early opportunity.

  • General Ticket Sales: Any remaining tickets will be available starting April 1st. If you're new to our community or missed the early access period, this will be your chance to join the adventure and create unforgettable memories.

  • Important Updates for This Year:

    • Team and DM Changes: We're shaking things up! Expect new dynamics and storytelling as we introduce fresh faces to our team of Dungeon Masters and rearrange existing teams. Teams or Parties are not guaranteed. Buy as a group for your best chance to stay with the people you want. Embrace the change and the new experiences it brings!

    • Ticket Pricing: It's with a heavy heart that we must announce an increase in ticket prices to $199 per person. This adjustment is a direct response to rising costs in food, insurance, and venue fees. While we strive to keep our festival as affordable as possible, these inflationary pressures have made it necessary to adjust our pricing. Please know that this decision was not made lightly and reflects only our need to cover increased expenses while maintaining the high quality and immersive experience you've come to expect.

    • Payment Information: We continue to accept payments via PayPal and Venmo. To help us keep costs down, we kindly request that payments be sent as 'a friend' to avoid fees:

Please note that the PayPal account remains unchanged from last year, ensuring a seamless transaction process for all.

Ticket Benefits: Your ticket includes all gaming activities, catered meals throughout the weekend, live entertainment, and onsite camping. We are dedicated to providing a complete and immersive experience, ensuring that your adventure is as magical and hassle-free as possible.

We understand that changes, especially price increases, can be disappointing. Please know that every decision we make is aimed at ensuring the longevity and quality of DnD Fest, support of staff and players, and we are profoundly grateful for your understanding and continued support.
