Important Updates for DnD Fest - Character Sheets, Equipment, and Gold

Dear DnD Fest Attendees,

 

We hope you are as excited as we are for the upcoming DnD Fest event! As the event draws near, we would like to provide you with some important updates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review the following information:

 

  1. Character Sheets: To ensure that everything is in order for the event, we kindly remind you to update and submit your character sheets by June 15th. Your characters should be at 7th level for the adventures ahead. Please upload your character sheets to your designated Dropbox folder.

     

  2. Equipment Purchase: As you venture into the Feywild, opportunities to purchase equipment may be limited. We recommend that you purchase any additional equipment you believe you will require beforehand. If you wish to acquire equipment not currently listed on your character sheet, please submit an itemized list of the desired items from the Players Handbook, including the cost of each item. Kindly send this list to me at Dan@DnDFest.com. Remember to add the new equipment to your updated character sheet before uploading it.  (New players will have all of their equipment assigned)

     

  3. Available Gold: We have compiled the amount of gold each person has remaining. This reflects the gold that was in your pouches when you returned your folder. If no gold is listed for you, it either means we did not receive any coins back at the end of last year, combined with someone else in your party, or that you simply didn't have any left. Please take note of your remaining gold to plan your purchases accordingly. (New attendees have their gold assigned).  I've added the gold for your party members at the bottom of this email

     

  4. Latest News and "Cold Forged and Ancient Magics": We encourage all players to stay informed and immerse themselves in the DnDFest experience by reading the stories and posts on our website (www.DnDFest.com), specifically under the 'Latest News' section. In the most recent post titled 'Cold Forged and Ancient Magics,' Piker discusses the use of cold iron in the Feywild. This material may prove beneficial in certain circumstances. Remember that cold iron cannot be added to existing items due to its unique forging process, as it would negate the properties of both the cold iron and the magic item. If you wish to purchase a cold iron weapon, it costs double the standard price listed in the Players Handbook. Please include any cold iron items you purchase in your itemized equipment list and add them to your new character sheet.
